This study discusses the effect of greenwash and green confusion on purchase intention and determines the moderation effect of information and knowledge. The study is quantitative, so the researcher collected data from the university staff and faculty members regarding fast foods. This research study used the statistical package for social sciences to commence a quantitative study. The data was collected from 201 participants from the said population. The results assure that there is a negative relationship between greenwash and green confusion with purchasing intention. Therefore, the current study recommends that businesses reduce their greenwashing practices by not just claiming their "greenness" but also demonstrating the proof of their green products to avoid risk and customer misunderstanding. The result of the study confirmed that information and knowledge moderate the relationship between greenwash and green confusion with purchase intention. Furthermore, the companies will provide the committed environment with clear information. The study tries to fill the gap and improve the information and knowledge regarding fast food to the customer, which will improve the intention of the customers.

The efficacious attitude of a person plays a vital role to develop psychological well-being, interpersonal and self-esteem. An individual with high level of self-efficacy is able to regulate and balance thoughts over actions. The basic purpose of the current study was to find out the relationship between self-efficacy and workplace stress of university teachers. A quantitative co-relational research design was followed to achieve the research objectives. 180 faculty members working in three different public sector universities in Pakistan were selected using multiphase sampling technique. Self-developed self-efficacy scale (based on two factors; general teaching efficacy and personal teaching efficacy) and workplace stress inventory were used to collect the required data. Data were analyzed applying mean score, t-test and Pearson correlation. Findings of the study reveal indirect correlation between the level of teachers self-efficacy and their perceived stress at workplace. Few recommendations were made on the basis of the findings of this study.

Women in Academic Debates: Analysis of Academic Scholarship on Islam and Women Politics in Pakistan

The primary purpose of parliamentarian is to make legislation to enable the lives of the people as per the requirements of the teachings of Islam (Quran and Sunnah) as described in Objectives Resolution 1949 and the constitution of 1973. In the parliamentary system of Pakistan, women's share as elected representatives is very low. Despite a low share in representation, there are some women's voices that reflect the sentiments of Islamic legislation. There is a wide array of academic scholarship on Islam and women's politics. This scholarship is divided into dogmatic conservative interpretation and liberal and modern interpretation. The dogmatic interpretive knowledge production is not in favour of women's political space but on the other side, modern liberal interpretive knowledge production explains the concept of modernity in Islam and favoured women's political participation. This paper explains the nature of knowledge production on Islam and women politics within the framework of dogmatism and modern interpretive perspective. The modern interpretivism claim that women have equal rights in political representation on the principle of gender equality. Dogmatists claim that women need to live as per prescribed limits set by the sacred injunctions.

An exploratory case study method (Yin, 2014) was used to carry out the research. Unstructured interviews were conducted with four non-entrepreneurs and field notes were written down on the notebook with the pencil to save the data. Thematic analysis was applied to the text to reach the important themes deducted from views and perceptions of the participants. Finding of the study depicted that lack of personal intention and will, lack of knowledge and information about entrepreneurship, lack of understanding the entrepreneurship, no familial association with business, family involvement in the selection of career and education were major impediments. Pakistan's Elections Debates: An Analysis of Electoral Knowledge Production

The political debates are the major indicators to open a dialogue and to set the tone of politics in society. The elections' debates in Pakistan are directly linked with the nature of the state and its ideological and elite composition. The post-colonial state structure and its reflection in electoral politics is a dominant determining factor which led to induce order through objectifying in existing electoral status quo. The dominant forces on the electoral scene have the power to interpret the existing knowledge production and debate for their own interest. Both objectivities and subjectivities in which electoral debates operate are in control of the post-colonial state structure. This paper is an attempt to explore the articulation of electoral debates in academic knowledge production. Further, how does existing academic debate explain the nature of electoral politics? Why?The purposively selected academic debates on elections revolved around functionalist and interpretivist paradigms influenced by the existing debate between subjectivity and objectivity. The descriptive method has been applied in exploring a research question under study.

Knowledge Hiding and Creativity in Higher Education Institutes: Understanding the Contingent Role of Perceived Supervisory Support

In higher education institutes, knowledge sharing is part and parcel for the success of the individuals and institutions. However, there are a number of instances where employees are found to be indulged in knowledge hiding. This paper explores this novel construct by targeting permanently faculty of private and semi-private higher education institutes of Pakistan. Theorizing on social learning and exchange theory, this study proposes that employees are indulged in knowledge hiding which sensitizes a reciprocal loop of distrust among colleagues and as a consequence the target is later also reluctant to share the required information. This finally leads to decreasing the creativity of the hider too. Furthermore, it has been proposed that perceived supervisory support can play an important role in decreasing the negative effects of knowledge hiding on the creativity of the hider. Implications and recommendations for future research prospects in the said area are also highlighted

"The Persian Qur'an" - "Hadigatul-hagiga" by Sanayi Ghaznavi

The article studies the second part of "Hadigatul- hagiga" work by Sanayi, which is about Qur'an. Studying about the second part (al-bab) which comprises 12 parts, shows that the poets view about Qur'an is generalized in 14 parts. If a human wants to wake up from ignorance and turn away from the rebel way, he has to read the Qur'an. To get pleasure from reading the Qur'an one should know the reason why it was revealed. The Qur'an is a candle of Islamic way, the guara of human faith. The Qur'an came down in order to lift people up. The Qur'an never reveals its secrets to strangers. Therefore, it drapes musk-emitting curtains between itself and strangers. From the day it was revealed The Qur'an will be protected till the end of the world, and will never lose its freshness. The Qur'an has layers. The letters of The Qur'an are its body, and the spirit is its meaning. To read The Qur'an does not mean to be aware of its meaning.

Attitude of Prospective Teachers towards Research: A Survey Study of Different IER Programs

One of the essential variables in deciding our success in life is our attitude. The main purpose of the study was to investigate the attitude of male and female prospective teachers of different programs of Institution of Education and Research towards research. This study was quantitative and survey type in nature. The sample consisted of two hundred and forty students. A questionnaire "Attitude towards research" based on the Likert scale was administered for data collection. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics applied. It was observed that most prospective teachers agreed that research makes them uneasy, and they feel insecure. It is also revealed that prospective teachers agreed that they enjoyed research. A new way of teaching research methodology may be adopted, which would increase the motivational level and lessen the negative attitude of the prospective teachers towards research.
