Global Social Science Review (GSSR) published by Humanity Publications, a leading publishing house in Pakistan in research and analytics, that assists researchers in advancing research outcomes for societal benefit. To wipe out societal ills and to add the humanity by boosting up measures among the individuals of the global society. GSSR intends to promote qualitative and quantitative researches and findings with the help of newly emerging tools and patterns utilized in experiments, observations, interviews, analysis and surveys by encircling all major segments of Social Sciences and Multi-disciplinary academic and research disciplines. GSSR covers multi-disciplinary, inter-disciplinary and trans-disciplinary issues and problems of social sciences in its classical sense. Therefore, it welcomes articles covering social sciences, humanities and arts. Therefore, it encompasses most of the sub-disciplines of social science (but not limited to), i.e. Government & Politics, Human & Society, Historical & Regional Studies and Education & Mass Studies in general detailed at www.gssrjournal.com/about/aims-and-scope

GSSR adheres to the highest value in research. It appreciates objectivity in the articles submitted for publication. Instead of assuming the values of objectivity, neutrality, originality, diversity of opinion, contribution to knowledge, the strength of argument, avoidance of fallacies, truth and honesty as clich, GSSR has incorporated these values in the selection process and review.

According to the Humanity Publications Board of Governers recommendation, GSSR was initially published on Biannual base-two issues per year, i.e. 2016 (Spring & Fall) and 2017 (Spring & Fall). But due to the on-and-on requests of the national academia, the aforementioned board revise its recommendation for 2018, and onwards, i.e. the frequency has been changed from biannual to quarterly-four issues per year, having the following breakup:

GSSR manages and evaluates all the research articles, papers and cases by "Double-Blind Peer Review" exclusively. GSSR uses double-blind review, which means that the reviewer, editor and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, editor and vice versa throughout the review process.

GSSR has a comprehensive process of evaluation as it follows double-blind peer review wherein after preliminary assessment (or Pre-Editorial Review) of an article by the Managing and Assistant Managing Editor(s), the same is reviewed by another internal Committee (known as an Editorial Review Committee) comprising the GSSR Editor, Associate Editor(s)and Assistant Editor(s). However, selected members of the Advisory Board of GSSR covering the subject area of the article are also consulted during the internal review process, and after recommendations of the Editorial Review Committee, the article goes through a cycle of final evaluation i.e. review by relevant National and International peer reviewers.
