Effect of Employee Creativity on Project Performance with the Mediating Role of Knowledge Sharing and Moderating Role of Openness to Experience
Since almost last two decades employees creativity has been discussed immensely by the researchers. This study majorly focuses on the effect of employee creativity in project performance in project-based organizations of Pakistan. We have discussed that the relationship between, employees creativity and project performance depend on the knowledge sharing whereas, openness to experience moderating the correlation of employees creativity with knowledge sharing. For this purpose, data was collected from 273 employees working in project-based organizations of Pakistan. The results obtained after the data analysis, considerably shows that there is an optimistic relationship between employees creativity and project performance whereas knowledge sharing mediates this relationship with the moderating role of openness to experience. The study significantly expands to the prevailing literature by highlighting the procedure through which employees’ creativity has a major effect on the enhancement of project performance.

Multi Analysis through Smart-PLS: Measuring of Organizational Performance Interplay
This study investigated the role of dynamic capability as a mediator between knowledge management practices(KMPs) and organizational performance. Smart-Pls was used to test the proposed hypotheses through structural equation modeling on gathered data of 400 SME organizations of Pakistan. The findings show that knowledge sharing behavior and absorptive capacity has a positive impact on dynamic capabilities and organizational performance. Innovative capacity has an insignificant impact on organizational performance, and knowledge-sharing behavior has an insignificant impact on organizational performance through dynamic capabilities. This study will be prospectively helpful for academics,policymakers, economists, and managers. This study enlightens the performance.

he use of mobile phones, in this era of technology, is considered to be an innovative (Quick learning resource) learning method in the field of education. The way technological advancement is playing its role to boost up the effectiveness of different education-based activities around the globe is also worth considering. This study, therefore, aims to explore the impact of different Discussion Groups over academic performance of the students. The fundamental objectives of the study are to examine the trends of using WhatsApp discussion groups among students, and to analyze the impact of its usage on their academic performance. Population of the study is comprised of the students enrolled in different universities of Lahore. These universities are further divided into two strata i.e. Private-sector universities and Public-sector universities (1-public and 1-private). Students from these universities are then selected using convenience sampling on second level. Similarly, survey method has been used to collect the data from sample of 200 students i.e. 100students from each university both male and female i.e. 50/50 male and female from each university.

The Effect of Workplace Ostracism on Knowledge Sharing Influence and Task Performance: The Mediating Role of Organization
The focus of this research study is to investigate how workplace ostracism influenced employee task performance, as mediated by knowledge sharing. Workplace ostracism may make it hard to engage with one another and limit opportunities for social interaction which may have an impact on how well coworkers share knowledge and how well they carry out the necessary result. The study is purely applied. The study's technique also aids in providing the actual picture of workplace ostracism and how it impacts employee task performance with the mediation of knowledge sharing. Employees selected from IT sector organizations in Pakistan's Karachi are the study's target respondents. The population is to be around 400 participants. This research's main focus is to broaden the literature by understanding the influence of knowledge sharing mediated the relationships between workplace ostracism and task performance.
