Footwork Training in Colleges' Female Badminton Players: Focusing Performance Outcomes of Strength and Agility
Variety of research has shown that footwork training could be beneficial for various aspects of fitness components required for the game of badminton. The main purpose of the current study is to test whether footwork training is beneficial for the strength and agility of colleges badminton players. The sample of the study consisted of 40 college badminton players who were equally divided into two different groups n=20 Experimental Group (EG) and n=20 Control Group (CG). A pre-test and post-test experimental research design was used to conduct the study. Handgrip dynamometer was used to measure the strength of the participants while, Illinois Agility Test (IAT) was applied to measure the agility of the participants. Paired sample-test was used to test the hypotheses. Results indicated significant improvement in the agility of the experimental group (p < .05), however; the control group did not produce any significant improvement (p > .05. It is concluded that footwork training that continued for 6 weeks produced effective results on strength and agility of badminton players at the college level.

Hormonal Influences on Mood: Examining Testosterone and Cortisol in University Male Basketball Teams
This study investigated testosterone and cortisol levels on mood states among university male basketball players who had been preparing themselves for the intervarsity competition 2023-2024. The researcher selected 24 players from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, and Government College University Lahore n=12 each, aged between 19 to 25 years. Psychological states were evaluated using the Profile of Mood States(POMS) after matches, while aerobic fitness was assessed using the Cooper Test, which correlates with testosterone levels and POMS parameters. The results revealed that the winners had a considerably higher level of testosterone, while cortisol levels were diminished. Winners further showed improved POMS scores that indicated better mood states and high VO2 max levels, an indication of better aerobic fitness. Results indicated that high testosterone levels are the cause of high vigor and enhanced psychological resilience and that low cortisol levels reflect a decrease in stress and anxiety after the competition.

Role of Personal and Ground Safety Measures Affecting Sports Performance
Personal and ground safety measures are considered very significant in contact games. The main objectives were to determine the awareness of safety measures among Cricket and Football players and to analyze the effect of these measures on their performance. Inferential, Correlation, regression analysis, and t-test statistics were employed for data analysis. Data reliability was 0.80. So for the question of mean as well as Standard deviation of the scales Personal Safety Measures(PSM),Ground Safety Measures(GSM) & Self-rating Performance (SRP) are concerned, they were 3.34±0.40, 3.34±0.70 and 3.13±0.46 respectively. The performance of the Cricket & Football players had a positive and significant (p<0.05) correlation with PSM (r=0.59) and GSM (r=0.90). The PSM had an insignificant (p>0.05, β1 =0.05) while GSM had a significant effect (p<0.05, β2 =1.05) on the performance of players of both games. PSM & GSM have a positive & significant correlation with the performance of Cricket and Football players.
